I love to watch interviews with Justin. He seems to be such a peaceful person to be around. And nothing calms me like his songs and his voice. If Im stressed I use to listen to the lyrics and it really calms me. Love him and his music! It’s a pity that he never comes to Sweden:(
When I first heard of Justin Nozuka in 2007, I immediately fell in love with his voice. There is not one song of his that doesn’t touch my soul (LITERALLY)! From his heart melting lyrics to his mesmerizing voice and great attitude, Justin Nozuka is an all around amazing role model that inspires me in every which way. I know he will make it huge, Justin is definitely the next Michael Jackson!
It’s nearly impossible to try and put into words what Justin and his music has done for me and my life in a single entry. Some of it’s too personal. Some, I think I’m still in the process of trying to understand as I continue on this journey of life. I remember the first time I heard that voice…that song…it may have been 3 o’clock in the morning, but there was something absolutely captivating about “After Tonight.” I think I ordered Holly within the next week and for months it was all I listened to. Then I began stumbling upon recordings and different songs that Justin had recorded amongst his days. No two performances were the same. Each performance was so raw…so real. And then I found I Don’t Know. I couldn’t seem to listen to anything else. For once, I felt like somebody, somewhere…I don’t know…understood?
Meeting Justin Nozuka
The day was April 6th. After much contemplation and a couple of scares (on whether or not I would be able to make it to the concert) I knew today I was going to the much anticipated, by myself, Justin Nozuka concert in Cleveland Ohio. Oh and trust me much was given up for this, for example and entire day of class at the Ohio State University and money for a rent-o-car but I would do this again in a heart beat and I am writing to tell you why. So I decided to wake up and hit the road at 7 am (yes, I wanted to be the first one in line) on the day of the concert, hit the road for a 150 mile 2 hour and 35 minute drive (according to MapQuest), which had been my longest self driven ride to date.
When I met Justin in Dallas, Texas..it was an experience I’ll never forget. It was the best concert i’ve been to and standing front row made it so much better. There’s something about this guy that gets you every time. Being in his presence and talking to him definitely put it all into perspective for me. His voice is beautiful, his lyrics are deep, and he has this way of emotionally connecting you to his songs. I’ll admit that i have a major crush! He deserves to go far and show LOVE to the world.
